Gucci Operations Manager

- Lead and develop the store operations team to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
- Support the selling process to provide exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with the Store Director to execute operational and service standards.
- Manage the shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise and maintain organized inventory.
- Identify and resolve operational process issues.
- Maintain accurate operations documentation and procedures.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and identify business priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Leadership and team development skills.
5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Base salary range is $75,000/year CAD - $95,000/year CAD, plus bonus potential. Additional compensation may include commissions and participation in employee benefits and incentive programs.
Eligible employees may participate in an employee benefits program and other incentive programs, subject to program rules.
