Gucci Operations Manager

- Lead and develop operational excellence across all store functions.
- Evaluate and enhance operations with a strategic, commercial mindset.
- Train and coach staff on operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with corporate departments such as Inventory Control and Accounts Payable.
- Serve as a leader to the store team, ensuring operational and service standards are met.
- Manage inventory accuracy and oversee stockroom operations.
- Support shipping and receiving processes and resolve related issues.
- Maintain clear operational documentation and communicate discrepancies to management.
- Assist in physical maintenance of the boutique and manage supply orders.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
