Gucci Operations Manager

1. Lead and develop operational excellence across all store functions.
2. Evaluate and enhance operations with a strategic, commercial mindset.
3. Train and coach staff on operational policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with corporate departments such as Inventory Control and Accounts Payable.
5. Serve as a leader to the store team, ensuring operational and service standards are met.
6. Manage inventory accuracy and oversee stockroom operations.
7. Support shipping and receiving processes and resolve related issues.
8. Maintain clear operational documentation and communicate discrepancies to management.
9. Assist in physical maintenance of the boutique and manage supply orders.

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Base salary range of $75,000/year CAD - $95,000/year CAD, plus bonus potential.
