1. Lead the stock team in partnership with the Store Director.
2. Maintain effective communication with managerial and corporate teams.
3. Coordinate stock organization per Gucci directives.
4. Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products.
5. Oversee accurate hourly replenishment.
6. Supervise transfers and other operations efficiently.
7. Manage the flow of goods between storage and shop floor.
8. Ensure proper stock levels of stationary, drinks, and packaging.
9. Plan and execute inventory operations with the Store Director.
10. Liaise with Operations/Inventory Control team.
11. Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
12. Lead cash desk organization and cashier team.
13. Verify sales reports and rectify discrepancies.
14. Coordinate with accounts and finance departments.
15. Manage after-sales consignments and repairs.
16. Serve as point of contact for corporate Facility team.
17. Ensure strong awareness of store operations and policies.

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Commitment to the Gucci brand and passion for the role.

A minimum of two years in a similar operational management role within the luxury retail sector.
