1. Lead the stock team in partnership with the Store Director, ensuring effective communication with the managerial and corporate teams.
2. Coordinate stock organization according to Gucci directives, overseeing receipt, tagging, and delivery of products.
3. Ensure timely and accurate replenishment, supervise transfers, and manage the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor.
4. Oversee inventory operations, including cycle counts and reconciliation, in collaboration with the Store Director.
5. Manage the cash desk organization and cashier team, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions and liaising with the finance department.
6. Control after-sales consignments, track repairs, and manage communications with the repair center.
7. Act as the point of contact with the corporate Facility team for store-related issues.
8. Ensure strong operational awareness and performance of the Back-Office team in partnership with the Store Director.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong commitment to the Gucci brand and passion for the opportunity presented.
