Gucci Operations Manager

1. Lead and develop the store operations team to achieve operational excellence.
2. Oversee efficient stockroom management and ensure accurate inventory control.
3. Support the selling process to provide exceptional client service.
4. Collaborate with the Store Director to execute operational and service standards.
5. Function as Manager on Duty, providing floor coverage and managing client purchases.
6. Ensure timely movement and accurate documentation of merchandise.
7. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
8. Maintain clear operations documentation for reference.
9. Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
10. Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique and manage supply orders.

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal retail systems.
6. Experience with technology and shipping software programs.
7. Willingness to travel and assist in store openings, closures, and remodels.
