Gucci Operations Manager

- Lead and develop operational excellence across all store functions.
- Evaluate and enhance operations with a strategic, commercial mindset.
- Train and mentor new hires and existing staff on operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
- Serve as a leader, partnering with the Store Director to uphold Gucci's operational and service standards.
- Manage store inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Support shipping and receiving processes and resolve related issues.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement and adherence to procedures.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.
- Assist in training new Team Managers and support regional store openings and remodels.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership and team development capabilities.
- Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
5-7 years of relevant operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
