Gucci Operations Manager

1. Lead and develop operational excellence across all store functions.
2. Evaluate and enhance operations with a strategic, commercial mindset.
3. Train and mentor new hires and existing staff on operational policies and procedures.
4. Collaborate with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
5. Serve as a leader, partnering with the Store Director to uphold Gucci's operational and service standards.
6. Manage store inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
7. Support shipping and receiving processes and resolve related issues.
8. Ensure timely merchandise movement and adherence to procedures.
9. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.
10. Assist in training new Team Managers and support regional store openings and remodels.

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5-7 years of relevant operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
