Gucci Operations Manager

1. Lead and develop the store operations team to ensure operational excellence.
2. Oversee efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
3. Support the selling process to provide exceptional client service.
4. Evaluate and propose strategic improvements with a commercial mindset.
5. Train new hires and existing staff on operating policies and procedures.
6. Liaise with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
7. Serve as a leader to the store team, ensuring execution of operational and service standards.
8. Function as Manager on Duty, assisting with floor coverage and store operations.
9. Support shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues promptly.
10. Ensure accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and reconciliations.
11. Identify and resolve operational process issues in a timely manner.
12. Maintain clear operations documentation for reference.
13. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
14. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and order necessary supplies.

1. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent written and communication skills.
2. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and problem-solve.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.

5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Base salary range from $112,500 USD to $125,000 USD, with eligibility for an employee benefits program and incentive program.
