Gucci Operations Manager

- Lead and develop the store operations team to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
- Support the selling process to provide exceptional client service.
- Evaluate and propose strategic improvements with a commercial mindset.
- Train new hires and existing staff on operating policies and procedures.
- Liaise with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
- Serve as a leader to the store team, ensuring execution of operational and service standards.
- Function as Manager on Duty, assisting with floor coverage and store operations.
- Support shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate and organized store inventory, overseeing cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve operational process issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear operations documentation for reference.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and order necessary supplies.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and problem-solve.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Base salary range from $112,500 USD to $125,000 USD, with eligibility for an employee benefits program and incentive program.
