1. Drive and develop operational excellence across all store aspects.
2. Assess operations with a commercial mindset and propose strategic improvements.
3. Train new hires and existing staff on operating policies and procedures.
4. Coach and develop direct reports in operations, customer service, and sales support.
5. Liaise with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
6. Serve as a leader to the store team, partnering with the Store Director to execute operational and service standards.
7. Create a positive and united work environment.
8. Function as Manager on Duty, assist with floor coverage, and manage client purchases.
9. Support the shipping and receiving process and resolve any issues.
10. Ensure timely merchandise movement and adhere to procedures and guidelines.
11. Oversee store cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
12. Identify and resolve operational process problems.
13. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents.
14. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
15. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
16. Place orders for office and store supplies.

1. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

1. Excellent written and communication skills.
2. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, problem solve, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of operations experience within retail or luxury retail environments, ideally in a supervisory capacity.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $99,000 - $110,000/year, plus bonus potential.
