1. Oversee the store operations team to ensure efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
2. Support the selling process by prioritizing client service and operational excellence.
3. Manage shipping and receiving processes, addressing issues and ensuring timely merchandise movement.
4. Maintain organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
5. Identify and resolve operational process issues promptly.
6. Maintain accurate operations documents and procedures.
7. Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
8. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
9. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
10. Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
11. Collaborate with the Loss Prevention Regional Manager for security arrangements.
12. Liaise with corporate departments such as Kering Technologies and Inventory Control.

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
3. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Experience with technology and internal retail systems.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
