Gucci Operations Manager

- Oversee the store operations team to ensure efficient stockroom management and accurate inventory control.
- Support the selling process by prioritizing client service and operational excellence.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, addressing issues and ensuring timely merchandise movement.
- Maintain organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Identify and resolve operational process issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate operations documents and procedures.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
- Collaborate with the Loss Prevention Regional Manager for security arrangements.
- Liaise with corporate departments such as Kering Technologies and Inventory Control.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and solve problems.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with technology and internal retail systems.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
