Gucci Operations Manager

- Lead and develop operational excellence across all store aspects.
- Evaluate operations with a commercial mindset and propose strategic improvements.
- Train new hires and existing staff on operating policies and procedures.
- Coach and develop direct reports in operations, customer service, and sales support.
- Liaise with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
- Serve as a leader to the store team, partnering with Store Director and Associate Store Director.
- Create a positive and united work environment.
- Function as Manager on Duty, assist with floor coverage, and manage store opening and closing.
- Support shipping and receiving processes, resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise and adherence to procedures and guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve operational process problems.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues to management.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, problem solve, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years in operations within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
