Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to management and resolving them promptly.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference.
- Submit all required forms such as 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues immediately to management.
- Process repairs and damages in a timely manner according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Work authorization in Canada.
- Proficiency in utilizing internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $21.60/hr - $24/hr CAD.
