Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support management in daily operations, including troubleshooting service, facilities, and compliance issues.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, returns, and damages.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
- Submit all required tax-exempt and 8300 forms promptly.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Work authorization in Canada.
- Proficiency in technology and internal retail systems.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of one year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $21-$24/hr CAD.
