Gucci Operations Controller

1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Support management in daily operations, including troubleshooting service, facilities, and compliance issues.
3. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
4. Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, returns, and damages.
5. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
6. Submit all required tax-exempt and 8300 forms promptly.
7. Communicate discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
8. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
9. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
10. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
11. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
12. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation processes.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Work authorization in Canada.

1. Proficiency in technology and internal retail systems.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of one year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $21-$24/hr CAD.
