Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference.
- Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues to management promptly.
- Process repairs and damages in line with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with support from management.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proper work authorization to work in Canada.
- Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment, is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $21.00/hour CAD to $24.00/hour CAD.
