Gucci Operations Controller

1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
3. Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.
5. Submit all necessary tax-exempt forms and address discrepancies immediately.
6. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
7. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
8. Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with company standards and security guidelines.
10. Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with management support.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. Proper work authorization to work in Canada.

1. Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
5. Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
