Gucci Operations Controller

1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
5. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
6. Communicate discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
7. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with direction from the Store Director or Operations Manager.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Work authorization in the United States.

1. Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of one year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
