1. Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure it is tidy and merchandise is stored efficiently according to Gucci directives.
2. Improve storage and stock control systems, suggesting layout enhancements as needed.
3. Supervise the flow of goods between stockrooms and the shop floor, ensuring proper arrangement of articles.
4. Manage the organization and replenishment of all packaging materials and shop floor consumables.
5. Receive and verify weekly deliveries, ensuring stock matches invoices and reporting discrepancies.
6. Unpack deliveries and store merchandise according to company procedures.
7. Process paperwork and administrative tasks related to inventory management.
8. Maintain stock levels based on client demand and ensure staff uniforms are available.
9. Coordinate with Inventory Control for deliveries, stock transfers, and stock takes.
10. Manage Return to Vendor processes and prepare markdowns before sale periods.
11. Conduct full and mini stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and report findings to the store manager.
12. Identify faulty stock, liaise with suppliers for repairs, and manage the Gucci service portal.
13. Support internal departments by maintaining communication with sales teams, merchandising, and visual merchandising.
14. Liaise with the press department regarding stock requirements.

1. Previous experience in a similar role with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
2. Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal and external personnel.
