Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee and ensure the efficient operation of the stockroom and accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with management.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documentation for reference.
- Submit all required tax-exempt and 8300 forms promptly.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
A minimum of one year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A competitive base salary ranging from $22.00 USD to $24.00 USD per hour, with potential participation in an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
