Gucci Operations Controller

1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
3. Facilitate timely merchandise movement in accordance with company procedures.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.
5. Submit all required tax-exempt and compliance forms.
6. Communicate discrepancies and operational issues to management immediately.
7. Process repairs and damages in line with company guidelines.
8. Assist in the physical upkeep of the boutique.
9. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
10. Ensure adherence to company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Oversee store cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
