Gucci Operations Controller

- Act as a Gucci Ambassador by welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
- Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Assist in preparing for VIG client appointments, handling consignments, and closing transactions.
- Provide dressing room support to Client Advisors and clients.
- Answer, direct, and transfer calls with professionalism.
- Facilitate the packing and payment process and manage store transfer requests.
- Accurately capture client data to close transactions and follow up on missing information.
- Assist sales staff in retrieving styles and sizes from stock.
- Support store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation processes.
- Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management for receipt signatures.
- Maintain knowledge of Gucci products and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
