Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee an efficient stockroom and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Identify and resolve operational problems swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference.
- Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
- Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with the support of the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in utilizing internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
