Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee the efficient management of stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly in collaboration with store management.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate operational documentation for reference.
- Submit all necessary forms, including 8300 and tax-exempt forms, as received.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Manage store inventory accuracy and organization.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury environment, is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
