1. Serve as a Gucci Ambassador by welcoming clients and directing them to available advisors.
2. Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
3. Assist in preparing for VIP client appointments and managing transactions.
4. Provide dressing room support and facilitate client interactions.
5. Manage POS operations, including packing, payments, and client data capture.
6. Assist with inventory management, including stock pulls and cycle counts.
7. Ensure compliance with Gucci's policies on returns, exchanges, and customer service.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
3. Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Understanding of customer service priorities and needs.
6. Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
