1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Support management in daily operations, including troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
3. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues and resolving them promptly.
4. Ensure timely merchandise movement and adherence to procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
5. Maintain clear and accurate operations documentation for reference.
6. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
7. Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately.
8. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
9. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
10. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
11. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
12. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
5. Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $25.00-$27.00 per hour.
