Gucci Operations Controller

- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and taking necessary steps to resolve them.
- Ensure the timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational process issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference.
- Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues immediately to management.
- Process repairs and damages in a timely manner according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Place orders for office and store supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States
- Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes
A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, considering various factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
