Gucci Operations Controller

1. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager and taking necessary steps to resolve them.
2. Ensure the timely movement of merchandise as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
3. Assist in identifying and resolving operational process issues promptly.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference.
5. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
6. Communicate discrepancies or issues immediately to management.
7. Process repairs and damages in a timely manner according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Place orders for office and store supplies as needed.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment
3. Proper work authorization to work in the United States

1. Experience with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook
4. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
5. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes

A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, considering various factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
