1. Oversee the efficient management of the stockroom and ensure accurate inventory control.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
5. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
6. Communicate discrepancies or issues immediately to management.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with management support.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
4. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Work authorization in the United States.

1. Proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Excellent communication skills.

A minimum of one year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury setting.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
