1. Serve as a Gucci Ambassador by welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
2. Support the sales team in ensuring a superior client experience.
3. Assist in preparing for VIG client appointments, managing consignments, and closing transactions.
4. Provide dressing room support to Client Advisors and clients.
5. Handle calls with professionalism and direct clients appropriately.
6. Facilitate the packing, payment process, and store transfer requests.
7. Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
8. Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management for approval.
9. Maintain knowledge of Gucci products and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
3. Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong understanding of customer service priorities.
6. Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
