Gucci Operations Controller

1. Oversee an efficient stockroom and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Support management in troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
3. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting and resolving any issues.
4. Ensure timely merchandise movement and adherence to procedures, including transfers and damages.
5. Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference.
6. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
7. Communicate discrepancies and issues to management promptly.
8. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
9. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
10. Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
11. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
12. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Experience with technology and internal retail systems.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury environment, is required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
