Gucci Operations Controller

- Execute and oversee shipping and receiving processes, escalating and resolving discrepancies with Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Maintain an accurate, organized stockroom and ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers, RTVs and damaged goods handling.
- Lead and coordinate cycle counts, scheduled inventories and reconciliation activities to preserve inventory integrity.
- Document and maintain clear operational procedures and store records for reference and audit purposes.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines and submit required forms (e.g., 8300, tax‑exempt) as received.
- Order and manage supplies for the store and office; assist with physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Communicate operational, security and compliance issues immediately to management and support troubleshooting to resolution.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Gucci values and delivering a branded luxury client experience.
- Minimum one year of administrative or stockroom experience; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Comfortable meeting physical requirements of the role, including climbing ladders, bending and lifting boxes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
