Gucci Operations Controller

1. Execute and oversee shipping and receiving processes, escalating and resolving discrepancies with Store Director or Operations Manager.
2. Maintain an accurate, organized stockroom and ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers, RTVs and damaged goods handling.
3. Lead and coordinate cycle counts, scheduled inventories and reconciliation activities to preserve inventory integrity.
4. Document and maintain clear operational procedures and store records for reference and audit purposes.
5. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines and submit required forms (e.g., 8300, tax‑exempt) as received.
6. Order and manage supplies for the store and office; assist with physical maintenance of the boutique.
7. Communicate operational, security and compliance issues immediately to management and support troubleshooting to resolution.
8. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Gucci values and delivering a branded luxury client experience.

1. Minimum one year of administrative or stockroom experience; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
2. Demonstrable attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
3. Comfortable meeting physical requirements of the role, including climbing ladders, bending and lifting boxes.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
5. Proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
6. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
7. Authorized to work in the United States.
