Gucci Operations Controller

1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
4. Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with management.
5. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
6. Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
7. Communicate discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
8. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
9. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
10. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
11. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
12. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with management support.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Work authorization in the United States.

1. Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Ability to meet physical demands including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, is required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
