Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with management.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
- Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with management support.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to meet physical demands including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
