1. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing solutions.
2. Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to all procedures including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
3. Assist in identifying and resolving operational process issues promptly.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
5. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
6. Communicate discrepancies and issues immediately to management.
7. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory at all times.
12. Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with support from management.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
2. Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
3. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
