Gucci Operations Controller

- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing solutions.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to all procedures including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational process issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
- Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues immediately to management.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory at all times.
- Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with support from management.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
