1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Support management in troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
3. Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting any issues to management.
4. Ensure timely movement of merchandise, adhering to all procedures and guidelines.
5. Assist in identifying and resolving operational process problems.
6. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents for reference.
7. Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
8. Communicate discrepancies and issues to management promptly.
9. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
10. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
11. Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
12. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
13. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

At least 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $22.00 USD to $24.00 USD per hour.
