1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Facilitate timely merchandise movement, adhering to company procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of operational procedures.
5. Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
6. Communicate discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
7. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Manage store inventory accuracy and organization.
12. Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with guidance from management.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Excellent communication skills.

A minimum of one year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
