Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues in collaboration with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement and adherence to procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
- Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms promptly.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and passion for the brand.
A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
