Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee an efficient stockroom and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Provide operational support and troubleshoot service, facilities, and compliance issues.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to management.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise and adherence to procedures, including transfers and returns.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
- Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues immediately to management.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Place orders for office and store supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Proficiency in technology and internal retail systems.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $24.00 USD per hour.
