1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
3. Facilitate timely merchandise movement in accordance with company procedures.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
5. Submit all necessary tax-exempt forms and address discrepancies immediately.
6. Process repairs and damages in line with company guidelines.
7. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and order necessary supplies.
8. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
9. Supervise store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with management support.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience in a luxury environment.

1. Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
5. Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or stock role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
