Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
- Facilitate timely merchandise movement in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
- Submit all necessary tax-exempt forms and address discrepancies immediately.
- Process repairs and damages in line with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and order necessary supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Supervise store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with management support.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience in a luxury environment.
- Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or stock role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
