Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Team Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference.
- Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
- Process repairs and damages in line with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with guidance from the Store Director or Team Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
A minimum of 1 year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $19.80 USD to $22.00 USD per hour.
