1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Team Manager.
3. Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operational documents for reference.
5. Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as required.
6. Communicate discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
7. Process repairs and damages in line with company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with guidance from the Store Director or Team Manager.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

A minimum of 1 year in an administrative or stock role, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $19.80 USD to $22.00 USD per hour.
