Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Team Manager.
- Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with management.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
- Submit all required tax-exempt forms and communicate discrepancies to management.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and order necessary supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least 1 year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The base salary range for this position in California is $19.80 to $22.00 USD per hour.
Eligible employees may participate in a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401K plan. An incentive program is also available, contingent on individual and organizational performance.
