1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Team Manager.
3. Facilitate the timely movement of merchandise, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
4. Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with management.
5. Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
6. Submit all required tax-exempt forms and communicate discrepancies to management.
7. Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and order necessary supplies.
9. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
10. Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation processes.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Work authorization in the United States.

1. Proficiency in internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

At least 1 year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The base salary range for this position in California is $19.80 to $22.00 USD per hour.
