1. Assist the Operations Manager and Store Manager in monitoring boutique performance indicators.
2. Conduct daily sales and results analysis in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
3. Perform monthly and ad-hoc product performance analyses, including sell-through rates and identification of slow and best sellers.
4. Alert the Operations Manager and Store Manager about stock shortages.
5. Report back-office KPIs to the Operations Manager.
6. Analyze monthly and ad-hoc sales performance to aid in the preparation of monthly one-on-one meetings.
7. Ensure compliance with procedures in monitoring boutique sales.
8. Assist in preparing team briefings and information meetings regarding boutique activities.
9. Manage and track uniform orders and stock.
10. Oversee boutique maintenance and ensure adequate packaging and beverage supplies.
11. Support the Stock Manager.
12. Coordinate transfers in collaboration with managers.
13. Resolve cash register and IT issues.

1. Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring.
2. Excellent communication skills for team coordination.
3. Proficiency in data reporting and analysis.
4. Ability to manage inventory and stock efficiently.
5. Problem-solving skills for IT and operational issues.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with retail operations is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.

Compensation commensurate with educational level.
