Gucci Operation Specialist

1. Manage inbound and outbound merchandise operations, including receiving, put-away, transfers and stock movements within the store BOH (back-of-house).
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and implement loss-prevention controls to safeguard merchandise.
3. Process orders and maintain stock levels for consumables and store supplies such as hangtags, stationery, uniforms and client-related items.
4. Liaise with headquarters on store operational matters, policies, procedural rollouts and project execution.
5. Coordinate day-to-day operational communication with store teams and departmental stakeholders to ensure smooth store functioning.
6. Support the sales team as needed with client services tasks (for example: packaging purchases and preparing client deliveries).
7. Assist with store events and operational changes, including renovations, pop-up activations, client events and VM (visual merchandising) transitions.
8. Oversee internal and external warehouse usage and logistics to optimize storage and retrieval workflows.
9. Handle incoming store communications, including telephone and email enquiries related to operations and logistics.
10. Collaborate cross-functionally with loss prevention, visual merchandising, sales and maintenance teams to maintain high operational efficiency.
