Gucci Office Administration Intern

- Greet and welcome guests and visitors promptly upon their arrival and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
- Handle incoming phone calls, screen, and forward them as necessary.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary stationery and materials are available.
- Provide basic and accurate information for in-person inquiries and via phone or email communication.
- Manage the receipt, sorting, and distribution of daily mail and deliveries, including arranging courier services.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access at the reception desk.
- Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies, including pantry and stationery items.
- Provide administrative support to the CFO's office.
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Execute all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
No prior experience required, but any experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
