- Implement the Worldwide buying strategy at the regional level, adapting to market specificities and priorities.
- Coordinate special projects across categories during buying campaigns, including capsules, holidays, and other initiatives.
- Conduct in-season analysis to optimize store assortments and ensure effective carryover product management.
- Collaborate with regional functions on launches, store openings, renovations, and events.
- Define stock distribution rules with Inventory Planning for new and carryover styles.
- Monitor in-season cancellations and liaise with Inventory Planning and Supply Chain.
- Develop and execute cohesive merchandise assortment and buying plans with the Merchandising team.
- Analyze category business to maximize opportunities and prioritize business needs.
- Review competitor activity and pricing to optimize product positioning.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product presentation and market trends.
- Participate in product knowledge training and collaborate with store teams.
- Evaluate sales potential by event/store and inform open-to-buy opportunities.
- Provide strategic input for visual merchandising setups to enhance business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant buying experience in fashion or luxury environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 30% to 40% of the year.
- Ability to work a demanding schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in market analysis and trend forecasting.

A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant buying experience within a fashion and/or luxury environment is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, or related discipline desired.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $110,000 to $120,000.
