1. Visit all South America stores regularly to assess consumer patterns and business needs.
2. Collaborate with Inventory Planning to optimize stock levels and product knowledge.
3. Support retail activities, special events, and product training initiatives.
4. Lead visual merchandising efforts to align with global guidelines and local market needs.
5. Analyze competitor strategies and report market trends to regional buyers.
6. Deliver qualitative and quantitative feedback to cross-functional teams.
7. Participate in Buying Campaigns to align assortments with market demands.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years of buying experience in fashion or luxury sectors.
3. Proven experience in team management and development.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in buying within the fashion and luxury industry, with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, or related discipline desired.
