- Develop and enhance planning processes and reporting in collaboration with the Director of Merchandising & Inventory Planning.
- Monitor sales and inventory levels to ensure optimal in-store assortments and maximize sell-through.
- Support the creation of annual store plans by store and category.
- Measure performance against plans and provide insights to leadership and store teams.
- Deliver actionable analysis from top line to store and category level.
- Communicate financial objectives, action plans, opportunities, and liabilities to cross-functional teams.
- Drive stock deployment and coordinate distribution through auto-replenishment.
- Ensure regional and global stock strategy alignment to increase sell-through and hit seasonal targets.
- Evolve processes and tools with the supply chain for cross-category optimization.
- Plan and supervise stock release for new store openings and special events.
- Review forecasts with regional Business Planning and Finance teams.
- Build sales and receipt plans by store to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Partner with global teams to procure needed stock to drive sales.
- Define business strategy for categories, including reporting and sales recaps.
- Build strong relations with the retail network to support forecasted needs.
- Create stock allocation strategies based on historic sales and seasonal potential.
- Develop replenishment processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Execute stock movements and transfers based on results.
- Monitor stock levels across warehouse locations to ensure correct allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, merchandising, or related field; MS or MBA preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in demand planning, production planning, assortment planning, or analytics.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and/or SAP.
- Experience with size analysis and category preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under deadlines.

1-2 years in demand planning, production planning, assortment planning, or analytics with a focus on analytical and financial analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, merchandising, or related field; MS or MBA preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $100,000 to $110,000.
