1. Ensure product displays align with company image standards and guidelines, collaborating with regional and worldwide visual teams.
2. Prepare and manage merchandise for window displays and product rotations.
3. Collaborate with store staff and merchandising team to discuss rotations and implement store zoning for each product category, proposing alternatives in case of shortages.
4. Maintain windows and store environment, ensuring lighting, props, and furniture are in excellent condition, and reorder visual merchandising tools as needed.
5. Partner with store management to align visual needs with current business trends, ensuring key products are prominently displayed.
6. Provide qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation to the merchandising team and worldwide visual team.
7. Conduct ongoing training for store staff to uphold visual merchandising standards.

1. Experience in a Visual Merchandiser role within the Fashion & Luxury industry.

1. Creative flair and aesthetic sensibility with the ability to research and communicate ideas.
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with all business levels.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Photoshop knowledge is advantageous.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Previous experience in visual merchandising within the fashion and luxury sector is required.
