1. Support the Store Manager/Store Director in implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
2. Act as Store Manager when necessary to maintain efficient store operations, both front and back of house.
3. Oversee sales floor efficiency by managing operational support roles such as Cashiers, Wrappers, and Runners.
4. Optimize staff schedules to align with customer traffic and operational needs.
5. Manage the Stockroom, including deliveries, dispatches, and inventory processes.
6. Assist in overseeing Asset and Profit Protection to enhance service delivery and minimize loss.
7. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and processes.
8. Maintain the store and internal areas to the highest standard, including housekeeping responsibilities.
9. Drive the digital strategy and engage employees with new digital initiatives.
10. Recruit, onboard, and develop the store operational support team, fostering a coaching environment.
11. Communicate company messages effectively to the store team and embody the brand's core values.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English.
3. Knowledge of stock management and control systems.
