1. Support the Store Manager/Store Director in implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
2. Act as Store Manager when necessary, overseeing both front and back of house activities.
3. Manage sales floor efficiency through operational support roles such as Cashiers, Wrappers, and Runners.
4. Ensure optimal staff scheduling to align with customer traffic and operational needs.
5. Oversee stockroom management, including deliveries, dispatches, and inventory control.
6. Assist in asset and profit protection to minimize loss and enhance service delivery.
7. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and maintain high standards of store housekeeping.
8. Drive digital strategy implementation and engage employees with new digital initiatives.
9. Recruit, onboard, and develop store operational support staff, fostering a coaching environment.
10. Communicate company messages to the store team and exemplify brand values as a Brand Ambassador.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English.
3. Proficiency in stock management and stock control systems.
