Gucci In-Store Operations Manager

- Support the Store Manager/Store Director in implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
- Act as Store Manager when necessary, overseeing both front and back of house activities.
- Manage sales floor efficiency through operational support roles such as Cashiers, Wrappers, and Runners.
- Ensure optimal staff scheduling to align with customer traffic and operational needs.
- Oversee stockroom management, including deliveries, dispatches, and inventory control.
- Assist in asset and profit protection to minimize loss and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and maintain high standards of store housekeeping.
- Drive digital strategy implementation and engage employees with new digital initiatives.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop store operational support staff, fostering a coaching environment.
- Communicate company messages to the store team and exemplify brand values as a Brand Ambassador.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in stock management and stock control systems.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Hands-on and proactive approach.
- Adaptability to start-up environments.
A minimum of three years in a similar operational management role within the retail or luxury sector is required.
