1. Serve as the primary point of contact for health-related inquiries from employees and external partners.
2. Provide daily healthcare services and support to employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
3. Administer first aid and emergency care as needed within the workplace.
4. Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all employees.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to promote health and wellness initiatives.
6. Conduct health assessments and screenings as required.

1. Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Korea.
2. Certification in occupational health nursing is preferred.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in health assessment and emergency care.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
4. Familiarity with local labor laws and health regulations.

A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an occupational health setting.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
