Gucci Human Resources Intern

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to gather and manage recruitment requests.
- Draft and publish job postings on various job boards.
- Oversee ongoing recruitment processes.
- Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.
- Handle positive and negative responses to candidates.
- Send employment proposals to selected candidates.
- Create and organize employee files.
- Manage all documents related to hiring processes.
- Participate in the management of employee representatives, including delegation vouchers and time management.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
No prior experience required, but any previous internship or work experience in human resources is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
