1. Greet and escort guests with a professional and positive demeanor.
2. Manage reservations and assist with guest flow in dining areas.
3. Address special guest needs and requests promptly.
4. Anticipate and manage wait times effectively.
5. Ensure high-quality service by observing guest needs throughout the dining experience.
6. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect the establishment and patrons.
7. Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
2. Previous experience in a luxury environment is highly desirable.
3. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
4. Familiarity with RESY or other reservation systems is preferred.
5. Professional grooming and appearance.
6. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
7. Client-oriented approach with a solutions-focused attitude.
8. Ability to maintain passion, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, luxury environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
10. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The base salary range is estimated between $20.00 USD and $22.00 USD per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
