1. Greet and escort guests with professionalism and positivity.
2. Manage reservation needs and ensure a seamless luxury dining experience.
3. Assist with guest flow in dining areas and address special requests.
4. Anticipate and manage wait times effectively.
5. Ensure high-quality service by being attentive to guest needs.
6. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
7. Contribute to team efforts and maintain a clean work environment.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
2. Experience in a luxury environment is highly desirable.
3. Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
4. Familiarity with RESY or other reservation systems preferred.
5. Professional grooming and appearance.

3. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of two years in the hospitality industry, preferably within a luxury setting.

Base salary range from $20.00 to $22.00 USD per hour, depending on experience and location.

Eligible employees may participate in medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401K program, and receive paid time off. An incentive program is also available, contingent on individual and organizational performance.
